AK Perfume – Return & Refund Policy

At AK Perfume, we are committed to providing our customers with authentic fragrances and excellent customer service. We carefully inspect our products before shipping and want every customer to have a positive shopping experience.

Please review the following Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 2 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The product must remain in its original packaging and with all original seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, may be required.

  • The returned item must be received by AK Perfume in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Returns requested after the 2-day return period will generally not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products with broken or removed seals

  • Products missing their original packaging

  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or used after delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Returns requested after the 2-day return period

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Different from the item you ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage.

After reviewing the issue, AK Perfume may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Failure to report damage or an incorrect item within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • If a returned item does not meet the return requirements, the refund may be denied.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by AK Perfume.

  • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. AK Perfume is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

7. Exchanges

We generally offer exchanges only when a product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
