Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the
same new condition with its original packaging.

We do
not accept returns and/or exchanges on items that have
been opened or used
unless the product is damaged or defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or
damage was the result of our error.

Returns or Exchanges must include an RMA number.
We
are unable to accept any packages without an RMA.

Email
us or Call us to obtain a Return
Merchandise Number (RMA). We will email you an RMA
number and instructions for the return within 24-48
hours.

Securely package up the unused item(s) you wish to
return or exchange in the original packaging to ship
your product. Fill out the approved RMA form that has
been emailed or provided to you and include it with your
return.

We
recommend that you obtain a delivery confirmation number
and insure your returned package. We are not responsible
for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our
warehouse.

You
need to send the item back prepaid by you within 7 days
of receiving it.

Write
your RMA number on the outside
shipping box.
